TownhouseFive has two lounge rooms -  one upper floor, one ground floor.

Upper Level Lounge

The upper lounge is a lovely light filled parent or teenage retreat, having large comfy theatre chairs and a television with Blu-Ray/ DVD player. It has a split system for heating and cooling and gives access to the upper deck.

Main Lounge

Ground Floor

The main lounge on the ground floor has a television and Blu-Ray / DVD player. It has direct access to the lower deck and garden and is open plan to the dining space and kitchen. A split system provides heating and cooling.

There is a privately situated guest powder- room servicing this lower level.
