Philip Island Vacations Booking Terms and Conditions.
Bookings must be paid for in full before accessing keys.
Cancellation of bookings incur a non refundable amount of 30% of monies paid.
Payment indicates that guests have read and agree to abide by TownhouseFive terms and conditions.
At the time of payment a security bond of $120.00 is required to cover loss or damage.
Keys must be returned to the security box on leaving the premises.
A fee will be incurred if keys are not returned.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE TIMES
Standard times apply: Arrival from 1pm onwards and 10.00am departure.
It is a condition of your stay to return the property to the same condition as it was upon your arrival.
No pets are allowed.
NO smoking permitted indoors. Ashtray supplied to be used outdoors.
Extra guests are not permitted to stay.
Parties are prohibited as this rate does not allow for extra wear and tear, cleaning and repairs that may be needed. Extra cleaning and garbage may result in loss of bond monies.
Consider your neighbours when outdoors.
Keep noise down to acceptable family friendly levels.
The Bass Coast Council bylaws state that loud noise cannot occur outside the following hours:
Monday - Thursday 10:00pm Friday and Saturday 11:00pm Sunday 10:00pm
Please put the bin out for Council collection when leaving.
Council regulations say no fires in the open at any times. Fines apply.
The landlord can make an inspection upon demand. This would only occur if issues are reported.
The landlord shall not be liable for any loss , damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto the premises. Personal property includes any personal effects or motor vehicles parked on the premises.
